Tout le monde s'int\u00e9resse au type de m\u00e9triques \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer lors de l'\u00e9valuation de l'automatisation.<\/p>\n<p>Quel type de m\u00e9triques consid\u00e9rez-vous dans votre automatisation ? Discutons un peu des m\u00e9triques KPI en assurance qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les m\u00e9triques KPI de la qualit\u00e9 logicielle sont d\u00e9finies comme suit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>le nombre de d\u00e9fauts,<\/li>\n<li>le taux d'impact (blast rate),<\/li>\n<li>ou le nombre de cas de test \u00e9chou\u00e9s,<\/li>\n<li>la couverture du code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bien que ces informations fournissent des donn\u00e9es importantes, toutes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 de test, mon approche des KPI qualit\u00e9 d\u00e9pend vraiment des questions suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Qui cherche les donn\u00e9es ?<\/li>\n<li>Qui regarde les donn\u00e9es ?<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 quoi les donn\u00e9es vont-elles servir ?<\/li>\n<li><span><\/span>Comment \u00eates-vous capable de prendre une d\u00e9cision \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En fonction des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 chacune de ces questions, je cr\u00e9e un tableau de bord pour rendre les donn\u00e9es accessibles \u00e0 tous dans l'organisation.<\/p>\n<p>En parlant du \"Qui\" ?<\/p>\n<p>D'apr\u00e8s mon exp\u00e9rience personnelle, il y a trois groupes de personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les donn\u00e9es sur la qualit\u00e9 logicielle pour d\u00e9terminer la sant\u00e9 de l'application test\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier groupe, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le testeur, est celui qui effectue le travail de test : le testeur QA, l'ing\u00e9nieur QA et l'ing\u00e9nieur qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ils veulent simplement d\u00e9terminer o\u00f9 ils en sont pendant le test afin de voir la progression et d'avoir un bon niveau de confiance concernant les tests.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me groupe, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la direction interm\u00e9diaire, le gestionnaire direct des membres de l'\u00e9quipe (responsable qualit\u00e9 logicielle, responsable d\u00e9veloppement, responsable DevOps, responsable des op\u00e9rations) et toute personne qui soutient l'application et g\u00e8re une \u00e9quipe qui la soutient.<\/p>\n<p>Ce deuxi\u00e8me groupe est plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par la progression de leur application en cours de test.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le troisi\u00e8me groupe, la haute direction (les cadres dirigeants, le VP de la technologie, le VP produit, le CTO, le CIO, et le CISSO), est celui qui a vraiment besoin de voir les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9, une vue d'ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Ce troisi\u00e8me groupe a besoin de savoir :<\/p>\n<p>Comment se porte l'application ? Est-elle saine ? Puis-je dormir tranquille en sachant que mon application est sans bug ? Que rien ne va se passer en production,<\/p>\n<p>surtout en cette p\u00e9riode de f\u00eates ? Quelles sont les performances de mon application ?<\/p>\n<p>Chacun de ces groupes mentionn\u00e9s a des int\u00e9r\u00eats diff\u00e9rents dans l'application. Ils ont des int\u00e9r\u00eats diff\u00e9rents dans la qualit\u00e9 de l'application.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont \u00e9galement des int\u00e9r\u00eats diff\u00e9rents dans les donn\u00e9es qu'ils consultent.<\/p>\n<p>Vous ne pouvez donc pas m\u00e9langer toutes les donn\u00e9es et les leur donner telles quelles.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez vous assurer qu'\u00e0 chaque niveau, vous fournissez un type de donn\u00e9es vraiment utile et utilisable pour eux. \u00c9videmment, si vous \u00eates le VP produit et que vous voulez plonger et vraiment examiner les bugs, vous \u00eates libre de le faire, ou si vous \u00eates un responsable d\u00e9veloppement et que vous voulez consulter le rapport de bugs, vous \u00eates \u00e9galement libre de le faire. C'est ainsi que j'essaie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de structurer mes m\u00e9triques KPI qualit\u00e9.
